  • I placed an order but changed my mind and would like to cancel my order. What should I do?
    You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. However, products are put into production in 3 business days, once your order has been sent to the manufacture you are unable to cancel your order. If you still wish to cancel your order within the 48-hour window, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and request for cancellation. We will do our best to assist you with your cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • I placed an order but was notified that an item I ordered is out of stock, What should I do?
    If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email. In this situation, you have a few options to choose from: 1. You can request a refund for the out-of-stock item, and the amount will be credited back to your original form of payment. 2. You can choose an alternate product of equal value to replace the out-of-stock item in your order. 3. If you prefer, you can request a store credit in the form of a discount code that can be applied to your next order. Note: Shipping times are calculated after product has been manufactured, fulfilled and handed over to the courier.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. When ordering multiple products from, please note that items may be shipped separately. This is because we work with different suppliers and manufacturers, resulting in varying shipping times. Rest assured that all your items will be delivered to you, but they may arrive at different times. If you have not received all your packages within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will investigate the status of your remaining items and provide you with an update.
